Cora Grace Nolan Hughes, age 89 passed away Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at Asbury Acres Health Center, in Maryville, TN. She was born July 4, 1921 in Sevierville, TN. Grace was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Mark Nolan & Laura S. (Noda) Hickam Nolan; Husband, Leon Hughes; Brothers, Charlie, Roy, Claude, Otha and Bill Nolan; Sisters, Marie Watson, Verna Owenby, and Bess Roberts. Survivors include: Son, Mark Hughes; Daughter, Joan & husband David H. Templin; Granddaughters, Holly Kenner & husband Mark, Melinda Shipwash & husband Roger; Great-Grandchildren, Kelly, Nathan, Samuel, and Benjamin Kenner, Joshua & Emmalea Shipwash; Sister-in-law, Laura Nolan of Powell; several nieces and nephews.
